General Terms and Conditions

 

  • Purchased access to yoga cannot be returned, transferred or shared with others neither in classroom nor online - unless permission has been given by the YogaHofið. Sharing with hardly purchased access online can mean the closure of the access account.​

  •  All purchases in TMSS YOGA classes in the hall and  live online are final.

​

  • Refund Policy - Courses, membership fees, event tickets, gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

​

  • 30-day purchase of Heima Tjálfun: Free access is for 5 days from the purchase and the buyer has 5 days to cancel the subscription, after which the purchase is final.

​

  • Monthly subscription to Heima Tjálfun: You can buy a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. A subscription contract is made and purchases are final only in 3 and 6 months.  You can cancel a 12-month subscription / a year subscription to a video package only after 6 months have passed.

  •  YogaHofið reserves the right to change the price list and terms without notice.

  •  TMSS YOGA / Musculoskeletal yoga classes live

  • YogaHofif does everything in its power to start and end classes on time. A reservation is made about changes to the timetable but 

​

  •  It is the student's responsibility to notify the instructor of any injury, illness, or condition that will affect the student's practice.

​

  •  By accepting these terms, the student confirms that, to the best of his knowledge, it is safe for him to practice Yoga and that it poses no particular health risk to you. The student practices at his own risk.

  • Students perform exercises at their own risk and the YogaHofið disclaims all responsibility for possible accidents or injuries that may occur, which are not directly attributable to mistakes or negligence on the part of the YogaHofið management. ​

  • Confidentiality

  •  YogaHofið pledges full confidentiality to the buyer regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
