Ég mun leiða þig í gegnum tímana og mæla með öðrum valkostum ef þú vilt gera aðeins minna eða meira.

Einnig er byrjendanámskeið fyrir konur sem þurfa að læra grunnatriðin og námskeið  sem gott að prófa ,bæði til að fá öryggi í æfingum og líkamlegan styrk.
