I am thrilled to share the success and heartwarming experience of TMSS YOGA Course 1 which just ended.
The journey I went on teaching and being with the practitioners again was nothing less than filled with growth, healing and a sense of community that made me think more deeply about general well-being in Iceland and how important self-care is.
When we got together for the first class, I couldn't help but feel joy and excitement to return to teaching. It was strange to teach again after a break, but it quickly returned and just became normal as before.
Halfway through the class, I started feeling discomfort in my muscles and joints again, not because I was teaching or practicing TMSS YOGA, the weather was triggering the fibromyalgia again. It took me a while to realize these pains that began to spread throughout my body. I had forgotten what it's like to have it and have pain, which is probably not strange after living in a better climate in Spain for a year and a half without it and with out pain. Unfortunately, I had to take a break and take care of myself, because I just had no control over this.
We talk a lot about the weather in Iceland, it's normal because we've had to live according to it, and it has a huge impact on our mental and physical well-being.
🌿
Despite these obstacles, I am grateful to have experienced it again because without it I would never have created this program. I am also grateful to all the students I have taught and their commitment to practicing TMSS YOGA with me because without them I would not be teaching.
There are so many of us who are struggling with physical pain and illness, I know that with my program in TMSS YOGA it helps to feel better.
🌿
The journey through TMSS YOGA Course 1 was not just about postures and techniques; it was a holistic approach to wellness that addressed both body and mind. Each session was a step toward self-awareness, self-care, and empowerment in managing chronic pain and finding inner peace.
I am immensely proud of each and every student who participated in the first course, their dedication and openness to learning and growing has been truly inspiring. Your presence and energy have made this experience unforgettable, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide you on this transformational journey. A new course starts on July 30th and it is course 2 in TMSS YOGA.
Looking ahead, I am excited to announce that the TMSS YOGA Course is in the works for an online course. This will allow me to reach a wider audience and increase the benefits of this wonderful practice.
🌿
The online courses will be structured into several courses, each building on the previous one to guide you from the basics to advanced techniques in treating chronic pain and promoting overall wellness. Through these courses, you will gain valuable tools and practices to navigate your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the students who participated in the first TMSS YOGA course here in Iceland. Your dedication, enthusiasm and support have made this journey truly special. I look forward to continuing this transformational journey with all of you and empowering each other to live our best lives despite the challenges we may face.
Thank you for being a part of this amazing journey. Stay tuned for more updates on upcoming webinars and let's continue to grow, heal and thrive together.
